My Mother & I first started training with Brendan at the start of April. Making time for the gym was the hardest part but Brendan made this easy for my Mother & I as he is very flexible & we both have limited schedules; but now I couldn’t think of a better way to finish off my day!

When I decided to join a gym I was overwhelmed and confused. There is so much information and misinformation out there about what you should be doing at the gym.
Trying to learn how to be healthy is more exhausting than the exercise that you do in the gym. I am so grateful of Brendan for helping me. He made it simple and easy while managing to keep exercise interesting and rewarding.
After training with Brendan for six months I can easily say I know more about health, fitness and diet than I have ever before. I am the strongest, healthiest and most confident version of myself to date and with the skills and knowledge that I have learned from Brendan I know that I will only continue to progress.
My only regret about training with Brendan is not having started earlier.
