This Personalised workout program is tailored specially to you. It can be strength specific, hypertrophy specific (increase muscle size), or a mix of both. Whatever your goals are. 

With added attention to your more stubborn, lagging body parts to help develop a symmetrical and aesthetic physique. This program can be used with fat loss goals to ensure you hold on to that hard earned muscle, and in some cases even gain muscle/strength while lowering body fat. Ideal for any skill set from beginner to advanced because it is catered specifically to you, no cookie cutter programs!

 

Forever Forward Fitness is about taking the optimal approach to Fitness. Why your training program is designed with scientifically proved training for strength and hypertrophy, maximising your potential results while advoiding injury. 

It will give you the tools to ensure continual progress and break through those pesky plateaus. All you need to continue to achieve your size and strength goals.

 

Your personalised training program will include everything you need, what exercise to do with description of proper form and mental cues to maximise your training results. All sets, reps and rest times for each exercise. Weight used for compound movements (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press) worked off your 1 rep max. You will also get a cardio program and ab workout. 

 

Everything mentioned above is included in the one off low fee of $59!

Any needed adjustments needed will be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
